Repository 23, Floor Plans

Companion · Internal Maps
Everything on this page is spoilers

Real, room-by-room ground-floor plans for all seven buildings of Repository 23, distinct from the city-level city map - this is what's actually inside the building. Companion to The Organization.

Built to real scale. Every building's footprint is drawn directly from the actual Market Street Power Plant's real per-building ground-floor square footage (1600 South Peters St., New Orleans - the real 2020 commercial listing for the property this campaign uses as Repository 23). Building shapes and sizes are real, at a consistent 4 px/ft on every diagram below (each has its own scale bar). The interior room divisions, corridors, and everything the Foundation actually keeps in them are new GM content laid over that real shell - the original building's real interior layout isn't public record.

Storage

Building 6

138 ft x 138 ft - 19,067 sq ft - largest single structure in the complex
MAIN CORRIDOR BUILDING 6 6-A 6-B 6-C 6-D 6-E ENTRANCE (from yard) 20 ft / 6 m
6-A
Storage Aisles 1-12

Shelving and shipping containers, the oldest cataloged stock in the complex - some crates predate Entergy's ownership of the building itself.

6-B
Storage Aisles 13-24

More of the same, flat bureaucratic labeling regardless of what's actually inside a given crate.

6-C
Storage Aisles 25-36

Denser shelving, narrower aisles - the overflow section, added as the catalog outgrew the original layout.

6-D
Storage Aisles 37-48

The newest intake, closest to Building 4's loading dock - freshly logged items sit here before being reshelved deeper into the hall.

6-E
Inventory Desk

A single desk and a terminal - whoever's on cataloging duty tonight, and the only person in the building who could tell you where anything actually is.

The largest structure in the complex, and the most literal read on "row after row of numbered crates and shipping containers stretching further than a flashlight beam reaches." No windows at ground level; overhead sodium lighting on a timer, half of it burned out and never replaced.

Industrial / Vertical Access

Building 5

132 ft x 132 ft - 17,396 sq ft ground floor - 5 stories above, the two smokestacks visible from the city map
BUILDING 5 5-1 catwalk overhead 5-2 stairs & lift 5-3 control room ENTRANCE 20 ft / 6 m
5-1
Turbine Floor

Cavernous and mostly open, the real machinery from the plant's working decades still standing where it was left - housings, pipework, a rusted crane rail overhead. Catwalks cross above at three levels.

5-2
Stairwell & Freight Lift

The only way up to Floors 2 through 5. The lift is loud enough to announce anyone using it a full floor early.

5-3
Control Room

Foundation instrumentation grafted onto the original power-plant control panels - half the dials are decorative now, the rest actually matter.

The most vertical space in the complex and the one visible from outside - the two smokestacks on the city map both belong to this building. What's on Floors 2-5 is deliberately left open for the GM to fill in per-scene.

Administration

Building 1

198 ft 8 in x 78 ft - 15,557 sq ft - single story, the real dimension straight off the property's own floor plan
BUILDING 1 MAIN CORRIDOR 1-1 1-2 1-3 1-4 1-5 1-6 ENTRANCE 20 ft / 6 m
1-1
Intake & Processing

Where a newly recovered anomaly or Gifted individual is logged before anything else happens to them - the first room, the coldest paperwork.

1-2
Records Room

Filing cabinets and a locked server rack. The paper half of the catalog that the storage halls' terminals only reference.

1-3
Site Director's Office

Better furniture than anywhere else in the building. The only room with a real window, facing the yard rather than the street.

1-4
Interview Room

A table, two chairs, a mirror that isn't just a mirror. Used for exactly what it sounds like.

1-5
Break Room

A coffee maker older than most of the staff. Genuinely mundane - the one room in the building that could belong to any office anywhere.

1-6
Restrooms & Supply Closet

Exactly what it says.

The mundane bureaucratic layer sitting on top of everything else in the complex - the building someone signs into before they ever see a crate or a cell.

Storage

Building 7

81 ft x 82 ft - 6,618 sq ft - detached from the main cluster
BUILDING 7 7-A 7-B ENTRANCE 15 ft / 4.5 m
7-A
Storage Aisles 49-60

Overflow from Building 6, mostly bulk items too large for standard shelving.

7-B
Storage Aisles 61-72

The most recently built-out section - still smells like fresh lumber under everything else.

Sits by itself, a real gap between it and the rest of the complex - anyone crossing to or from it is briefly outside, in the yard, exposed.

Logistics

Building 4

57 ft x 57 ft - 3,245 sq ft - the connective tissue between the yard and Buildings 6 and 2
BUILDING 4 4-1 loading dock 4-2 ROLL-UP DOOR (to yard) 10 ft / 3 m
4-1
Loading Dock

A single vehicle bay facing the rail spur and yard - where anything new actually arrives at Repository 23.

4-2
Receiving Office

Intake paperwork and a quarantine shelf - newly arrived items sit here before anyone decides whether they're safe to reshelve properly.

Small, plain, and easy to overlook - which is exactly why it's the building most player characters would actually breach through, if this ever comes to that.

Reinforced Cell Wing

Building 2

81 ft x 82 ft - 6,614 sq ft - a separate security doctrine from everything around it, on purpose
BUILDING 2 2-1 2-2 2-3 2-4 2-5 2-6 2-7 ENTRANCE 15 ft / 4.5 m
2-1
Guard Station

Whoever's posted here sees the whole corridor and every cell door from one seat. Never left unattended.

2-2 through 2-7
Reinforced Cells

Six cells, three per side, each built to a different containment doctrine than the shelving in the rest of the complex - this is the one space genuinely built to keep something in, not just store it.

Woven through the storage floors elsewhere in the complex, but physically isolated here as its own building - built for anomalous and Gifted prisoners nothing standard could hold.

Storage

Building 3

59 ft x 59 ft - 3,501 sq ft - the smallest structure in the complex
BUILDING 3 3-A 3-B 10 ft / 3 m
3-A
Storage Annex

Overflow and miscellaneous cataloging - the items that didn't fit the standard shelving in Buildings 6 or 7.

3-B
Cataloging Nook

A desk wedged into the smallest building in the complex - whoever draws this shift works alone.

The smallest structure in the complex, tucked against Building 2's own footprint - easy for a player character to miss entirely on a first pass.
